We built DuelZone because gaming with a friend should be effortless. No installations, no accounts, no paywalls. Just two players, one keyboard or one shared screen, and instant competition. Our mission is to make every living room, classroom, and cafeteria a potential arena — accessible to anyone with a modern browser.

We pour love into every game, from pixel art assets to tightly-tuned gameplay mechanics, ensuring the experience feels polished and fair. We believe the best memories in gaming are made face-to-face, and DuelZone is our commitment to keeping local multiplayer alive in the browser era.

Every single game is built natively for two players sharing one device. We obsess over balanced gameplay — no unfair advantages, no pay-to-win, no dark patterns. Just pure, honest competition. All games feature responsive design, keyboard/touch controls, and are optimised for both desktop and mobile screens.

How It Works

DuelZone is entirely browser-based — no download, no sign-up, no subscription. Open the site, pick a game, and you're in. Player 1 and Player 2 each use their designated side of the keyboard (or touch zones on mobile). Every game clearly displays which keys each player uses, making it approachable even for complete newcomers.

Your saved games and recently played history are stored locally in your browser, so they're private to your device and persist across sessions. DuelZone also supports light ads to keep the service free for everyone — we keep them non-intrusive and respectful of your gaming experience.

DuelZone is privacy-first. We do not sell or share your personal data.

Information We Collect

DuelZone does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal details to play any game on the platform.

All game-related data — including your scores, saved games list, recently played history, and mute preferences — is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to our servers, and is fully under your control. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Cookies & Local Storage

DuelZone itself does not plant any tracking, analytics, or session cookies. The only browser storage we use is localStorage for functional preferences: your sound/mute setting, your saved games, and your recently played list. These are purely operational and contain no personally identifiable information.

Please note: third-party ad networks we use (see Advertising section below) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies. You can manage or block these via your browser's cookie settings or ad-blocking tools.

Third-Party Services

DuelZone uses the following third-party services:

Google FontsLoads display typefaces (Orbitron, Rajdhani) via CDN. Does not receive user or gameplay data.

Ad NetworksWe display advertisements to keep DuelZone free. These networks may collect anonymised usage signals per their own policies.

We do not integrate analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), social login SDKs, or any data brokers. DuelZone never sells your data to any third party.

Advertising

DuelZone displays advertisements to support free access to all games and to fund ongoing development. We are committed to keeping ads as non-intrusive as possible — they are displayed in designated zones and never interrupt active gameplay.

Our ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads that are relevant to your interests based on your browsing activity across other websites. This is standard industry practice called interest-based or behavioural advertising. If you prefer not to receive personalised ads, you can opt out via your browser settings, by using an ad-blocking extension, or through industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info.

We do not control the content of third-party ads but we prohibit our ad partners from serving ads that are deceptive, malicious, or inappropriate for a general audience.

Children's Privacy

DuelZone is designed to be suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no personal information from any user, DuelZone is compliant with children's privacy regulations including COPPA.

Parents and guardians should be aware that our ad network partners may serve advertisements on the platform. If you have concerns about ad content your child is viewing, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate promptly.

Acceptance of Terms

If you are using DuelZone on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using DuelZone immediately.

Use of Service

DuelZone is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Access to the platform is granted on a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. You agree to use DuelZone only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You expressly agree not to:

AbuseUse the platform to harm, harass, or defraud other users or third parties.

InterfereAttempt to disrupt, overload, or impair DuelZone's servers or networks.

ScrapeUse automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the platform.

Bypass AdsDeliberately circumvent or block the advertising systems that keep DuelZone free.

Intellectual Property

All content on DuelZone — including but not limited to game source code, game mechanics designs, graphic assets, illustrations, icons, sound effects, music, UI layouts, colour schemes, typography choices, and the DuelZone and VGWA brand identities — is the exclusive intellectual property of VGWA and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and design law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to access and play the games for entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of DuelZone without prior explicit written permission from VGWA. Unauthorised use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Advertising & Third-Party Content

DuelZone displays third-party advertisements to support the free provision of all games and services on the platform. By using DuelZone, you acknowledge and accept the presence of these advertisements. We are committed to keeping ads non-intrusive — they are displayed in designated areas and are never overlaid on active gameplay screens.

VGWA does not endorse, verify, or accept responsibility for the content of third-party advertisements. Links or products featured in ads are governed by the advertiser's own terms and privacy policies. We prohibit our advertising partners from serving ads that are deceptive, harmful, or age-inappropriate, but we cannot guarantee absolute control over all ad content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DuelZone is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. VGWA expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the service will operate uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components; or (d) the results of using the platform will meet your expectations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue DuelZone or any game at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VGWA and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

Service UseYour access to or use of, or inability to access or use, DuelZone.

Third-Party AdsAny conduct or content of third-party advertisers displayed on the platform.

Data LossUnauthorised access to or alteration of your local data.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Modifications & Governing Law

VGWA reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of DuelZone following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using DuelZone.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of DuelZone that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
